Automatische filterwisselaar

De automatische filterwisselaar wordt voornamelijk gebruikt om de zuiverheid van het geëxtrudeerde plastic te behouden, verstopping van de matrijs te voorkomen en ervoor te zorgen dat de oppervlaktekwaliteit van het eindproduct (zoals een aluminium-kunststof paneel) stabiel is. Het gesmolten plastic passeert de eerste set filterplaten om onzuiverheden te filteren. Wanneer de filterplaat geblokkeerd is en het ingestelde drukverschil bereikt wordt, schakelt het systeem automatisch over naar de reserve filterplatengroep. De geblokkeerde filterplaat wordt voor automatische reiniging uit de werkpositie gehaald en de gereinigde filterplaat is klaar voor het volgende gebruik. Het hele proces vereist geen stilstand en continue productie. De apparatuur vervangt het traditionele filterscherm door een innovatief filterplaatsysteem om automatische en continue filtratie te bereiken, waardoor de tekortkomingen van lage efficiëntie en grote kwaliteitsschommelingen bij traditionele handmatige filtervervanging worden opgelost. De stappen voor het handmatig vervangen van het filterscherm zijn geëlimineerd, wat enorm bespaart op arbeid, de productie-efficiëntie verbetert, energie bespaart en secundaire vervuiling zoals het verbranden van het scherm vermijdt.
